We Welcome You
Plan A Visit
There’s no better way to experience Santa Fe Christian than to step foot on our campus. Come visit, you’ll be glad you did.
SFC's Annual Giving Program is an ongoing effort to provide resources for a rich and rewarding educational experience for every student.
Your gifts to the SFC Annual Giving Program directly impact our kids, our school and our world. Your generosity provides funding for life changing mission trips; cutting edge classroom technology; accessibility through financial aid and the best professional development for our faculty. It also allows us to expand our athletic program; increase our STEAM curriculum and make enhancements to the safety and security of our campus. Are you in too? Watch our Annual Giving video.
The SFC Annual Giving Program is the vehicle in which we generate much needed funds to enrich the student experience at our school. Through the generosity of our families and friends, we raise the money each year that has immediate impact on our students both in and outside the classroom. Typically, annual funds are not used for capital improvements or endowment (those are raised through other efforts).
A donation to SFC is an eternal investment in our kids, our school, and our world. Your gifts allow us to expand student opportunities and experiences at SFC, that would not exist on tuition alone. Annual Giving profoundly impacts their academic and spiritual life by providing the best practices in teaching; mission trip offerings; technology upgrades; enhanced student safety & security; athletic improvements; cutting edge programs such as STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Math); and accessibility to our school through financial aid. Last year, 69% of our families and 59% of our Faculty/Staff made donations to SFC. With your help and support, we will reach our goal of 100% participation this year.
We encourage everyone to participate during SFC Annual Giving Days in October. We look to have all donations in by December 31 to assure the dollars raised can be put to immediate use. However, SFC’s fiscal year runs through June 30, 2018, so your gift is welcome any time through that period.
Yes, you always have that option. However, we prefer to receive undesignated gifts so that school leadership can direct the funds to where they’ are needed most.
We have hundreds of contributors who give with uncommon generosity every year. A record 69% of our current families and 59% of Faculty/Staff gave last year, and additional giving comes from grandparents, Alumni, Alumni parents, and even corporate matching gift programs.
We ask that each donor prayerfully consider the gift amount for their family. We do not have a designated amount for giving. Every gift is appreciated and matters, no matter the amount.
No. Annual Giving is separate from the Celebration & Auction in the Spring. Both raise money for the school but are distinct philanthropic efforts.
Yes. Our goal is for every family to participate in our Annual Giving Program. As previously mentioned, it doesn’t matter how much you donate. The important thing is that we are “all in” and in unity with other families in supporting the best experience possible at SFC. Your participation inspires others to give.
Yes. Many employers will match your gift to SFC. A list of participating companies is listed on our website, but you should check directly with your employer. Corporate matching doubles your gift and thus doubles its impact on SFC.
All gifts are greatly appreciated! Occasionally we recognize Donors alphabetically, by name only, in SFC publications and on our web site. In addition, those who donate or pledge $2,500 or more by November 15, 2017 also receive 2 tickets to the annual Christmas Gala at The Fairmont, Grand Del Mar on December 10, 2017. Of course we respect those wishing to give anonymously and will honor that upon request.
