The SFC Athletic Department announced the addition of three new head coaches the 2014/15 season including Rebecca Bailey for Women’s Volleyball; Kyle Scarry for Boy’s Water Polo and Nicholas Farrell for Strength and Conditioning.
Coach Rebecca Bailey was Head Volleyball Coach for San Dieguito Academy, the past three years, leading the Mustangs to three CIF appearances including the D3 semi-finals in 2012. She also serves as the Head Coach and Club Director for The Genuine Volleyball Club. As a collegiate athlete, Rebecca played at UCSD and was named an All American in 2007 and 2008. A 2008 graduate of UCSD, Rebecca was a FCA leader as well as the UCSD Athlete of the Year.
Coach Kyle Scarry was Head Water Polo Coach in the San Diego Unified School District for three years and served as Assistant Water Polo Coach at Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA. In addition to his coaching experience, he is currently a lifeguard for San Diego Fire and Rescue.
Coach Nicholas Farrell’s experience includes strength and conditioning training with Eastern Michigan University, St. Olaf College in Minnesota and Wlliamston High School, Michigan football programs. He has also been a Head Personal trainer for Snap Fitness Center.
