The SFC Eagles baseball program boarded a plane out of San Diego this morning en route to the Dominican Republic. They will be on a mission/service/ baseball trip for 9 days bouncing back and forth between Santo Domingo and San Pedro.

The group consists of 21 players (Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors ) and 4 coaches. This Saturday also marks the first official day of the CIF spring sports season. While in the D.R. the Eagles will be doing everything from mission work, service projects, competing against local amateur clubs, practicing, visiting MLB international facilities and much more.

Without a doubt this we be a trip to remember, and a potential life-changing experience for those involved.

As a community of believers, please be in prayer for these teams and their leaders as they journey out. Pray for smooth and safe travel, good health, and hearts that are open to hearing from the Lord.
