The purpose of this site is to help you understand how to implement Santa Fe Christian Schools branding guidelines across all communications. Consistency is important to the success of our overall brand recognition. On this page, you’ll find all the tools you need to use the school and athletic logos, the brand color scheme and much more. Santa Fe Christian Schools Must be represented on one line, do not split school name onto two or more lines.

    Use the primary school brandmark on all external communications.

  • Secondary School Brandmark
    Use these secondary logos when
    production limitations prevent the use
    of the primary logo. The logo at the
    right is the only approved alternative to
    the primary logo, and should be used
    sparingly.

The approved font famlies for all school materials are Verdana, Helvetica, Futura, Whitney, Whitney Condensed, and Century Schoolbook.

Note: Century Schoolbook Book (not Bold) with a kerning of –25 may be used for headlines.

Use of “Athletics" and “EAGLES"

When using the primary eagle brandmark, use either a team name (such as “FOOT BALL") or “Athletics." When using the primary lettermark, use either “eagles," “athletics" or a team name.

Modification:
The “SFC EAGLES" wordmark may be used for sports equipment and signage.



Note: If “Santa Fe Christian" is used for collateral materials (such as posters), team jerseys or apparel, it must always appear on one line.

Note:
Always maintain uniform proportion/ scaling when resizing any or all SFC marks.

  • .75" (3/4") wide is the minimum size for primary eagle brandmark;

  • .5" (1/2") wide is the minimum for the lettermark.

typography

The approved font for team names is City Medium Italic with a .25 point stroke and 150 letter spacing. Capital letters must be used in all instances. The approved font for team uniform numbers are City Bold Roman or City Bold Italic.

EAGLE BRANDMARK COLOR APPLICATIONS

Preferred: Two ink colors RED and BLACK

Modification: Although not preferred, one ink color may be used in special circumstances.

Use of Gold accent color
You may use the gold accent color around the perimeter of the brandmark, but only for applications in which the mark appears larger than 4" in width.

Background COLOR GUIDELINES

Two-color primary or secondary brandmark may be used on the following background colors: White, Red, Black

  • Red/Black (on white backgrounds)

  • White/Black (on red backgrounds)

  • White/Red (on black backgrounds)

One-color primary or secondary brandmark may be used on the following background color:

Gray may be used as a background color for workout attire and coach’s jerseysonly.

TEAM NAMES USING the Eagle BRANDMARK

Use the primary eagle brandmark with team name spelled out and aesthetically centered underneath.

Note: Do not use the word “EAGLES" underneath the brandmark.

Lettermark COLOR APPLICATIONS

Note: Use the word “EAGLES" with the lettermark ONLY (do not use the word “EAGLES" with the brandmark.)

BACKGROUND COLOR Guidelines for Lettermark

Two-color primary or secondary lettermark may be used on the following background colors:
White, Red, Black

Note: When using two ink colors, the “SFC" must always be filled with red.

One-color lettermark may be used on the following background color: White

  • Black on white

  • Red on white

Gray may be used as a background color for workout attire and coach’s jerseys only. One ink color: White or Black

MODIFICATION: When printing onto a gray background, only a modified outlined version of the lettermark may be used.

Team Names USING THE Lettermark

Use the SFC lettermark with team name spelled out and aesthetically centered underneath.

CROSS ACCENT MARK

Eagle/Cross to be used ONLY when “SFC" or “Santa Fe Christian" appears elsewhere on the garment or publication.

Eagle head not permissible to use by itself; must always be used in conjunction with the cross.

Eagle head must always be filled with white. DO NOT FLIP/REFLECT the eagle head; the beak must always be on the right.

NOTE: Do not use cross accent in conjunction with primary eagle brandmark.
